About Hajzak · Est. 2024

A travel agency
that answers.

We sell flights, hotels, tours and packages across the Middle East & Europe. The technology is fast. The people are real. The trips are tested.

حجزك
Arabic for "your booking."
We chose the word because the act of booking — picking a date, choosing a place, committing — is the most personal part of travel. It's yours, not ours.
Our story

Built between
two regions.

Hajzak started in 2024 with a simple frustration. The Middle East has spectacular places to visit, and so does Europe — but the agencies that sell trips between the two are either huge and impersonal, or small and slow to respond.

We wanted something else: a small team that knew both regions, used good technology to handle the boring parts (search, prices, paperwork), and put people on the rest. Real people who answer on WhatsApp at 11pm when your flight is delayed. Real people who've walked the medina you're about to walk.

Today we operate out of Dubai, with partners across Morocco, Egypt, Jordan, Türkiye, Spain, Italy, France, and Greece. Our AI assistant handles first contact — searching inventory, suggesting itineraries, answering basic questions in English or Arabic. From there, a human takes over.

How we work

Four things we
actually mean.

We walk the trips.

Every package we list, someone on our team has done. Not "researched online." Done. If we haven't been, we say so.

We answer in two languages.

English and Arabic, with humans for the hard parts. The AI assistant takes first contact, but every booking is reviewed by a person before it goes out.

We tell you when it's bad.

If you ask about Mykonos in August or Petra in midsummer, we'll suggest a better month before we'll sell you a worse trip.

We care after booking.

Cancellations, gate changes, the day-before what-now's. The same team that sold you the trip is the team you reach when it changes.

where to.

The fastest way to a trip is the chat in the corner. The most considered way is a brief.
